Mission Assigned

Every great design starts with communication. Without that there is no mission. In our initial conversation, we’ll review your project scope, timeline, and pricing so that we can make sure everyone’s on the same page. Once we’ve agreed to work together, details are finalized, contracts are signed and a deposit is made, your project is placed in the queue.
Recon
Like any good operative we will assess the project and search for solutions.
You’ll receive a questionnaire via email that prompts you to share important details about your business. Based on your responses, we will use this opportunity to ask you any further questions about your project. This content plays an important role in your project goals and messaging.
Undercover Work
Time for us to go under cover and find out who you really are.
You’ll be prompted to pull together visual inspiration within a private Pinterest pinboard. Fill the board with typography, colors, and imagery that you feel works with your ideal project aesthetic. We want to see what you’re naturally drawn to. We may even throw in a few pins of our own to make sure we fully know you.
X-Ray Glasses
Now it’s time for us to tell you what we’ve seen.
After you’ve posted the final pins and you’ve approved of ours, we create a Mission Brief by merging together the perfect mixture of aesthetics for your project. You will receive a presentation which includes a color palette and the Mission Brief via Google Docs. Once this is approved by you, we begin the design process.
Design
Time to create those exploding pens you requested.
During this phase we will mockup, tweak, and design. We’ll create up to three graphic mock-ups for you to review during our first deadline, and then it’s your turn to provide honest, detailed feedback. We’ll prompt you with specific questions to make sure our creative executions are meeting the needs of your business goals.
Mission Accomplished!
You deserve the best. And we plan to hand it off to you.
Once we’ve completed the revisions, it’s time to wrap up loose ends and release your vision into the world. You will be billed for your remaining balance and as soon as the final payment is received, and cleared, we’ll send you a Google Docs download link to access your final files. Go celebrate. Have a glass of your favorite beverage and take a cruise.
